This is my second risk, taken thanks to this project, write in a foreing lenguage is a challenge but here we go.
The first one, was forget all the stress in kitchens and start to change my cheflife and became this road in somenthing less stressfull ( ja ja ja think twice girl!) ... Write, cooking, mixology, create and desing experience is my choose.
A short introduction of myself cause for sure now there's others new members of BASTIMENTO, thanks for follow me and start to reading, new cycles just began.
Well, Let's talk about Folkestone and simplicity of a sunset and a gray morning... and the sea food!
As I told you before, but in spanish, London must be wonderfull but the country side of England is lovely!
Filled with that idea of an organic culture and multi-ethinical communities.
Who doens't like the idea of a place with quality for live and eat. Is a shame that countries like mine replace the idea os healthy for expensive cause England at least with Brexit and other social dinamics in the table is a good place for living.
But please let me introduce our main meal: FOLKESTONE.
You can smell the CENTOLLAS in the first corner of the beautiful harbor, and feel the breeze going trough your bones, maybe freezen your feet but never the Chef/soul. Please, do not avoid a walk around the beach...you will remember forever...
There's art in everywhere and the town is changing and growing, Folkestone is like Brigthon and Hove, are one of that trendy places around UK, people from everywhere and feelings from many places and a Rebelchef walking around believing still in her rebel soul.
I went eating off course!
And take a look of the evidence!
Crab Teeth: Lemon and some vegetables...amazing! but be carefull sometimes you really prefer having better biceps for enjoy it properly...
The Atlantic Ocean is one of our pantries, and the centollas basicaly are Big Crabs from this frozen sea, to be clear, in this side of the world, my coast for example in Cartagena is part of the Atlantic and is really hot!..perhaps is the reason for not having a sustainable variety.
Remember your training, I know! is not easy at all opened... but after many efforts (in fact, I am an expert in the area of "don't give up")
finally is open and voilá...a lot of crab pulp! delicious!
Crab similes: sometimes like people, Crabs having a hard shell, but inside of them you can find the Sea's escence and so much flavors...try to open one.
I can't remember the exactly name but definetly this is one was my favorites, so I renamed now like: Susan's, and let in me heart my reason for do it...what is inside? fish, cheakpeas and fries..but hey!!! curry sauce and tartar sauce be side. is other level!
Yes Mrs Susan...other level!
Traditional Fish and Chips...it was seabass? in any case please send to me a kilos of fish and chip to Colombia please!
The Fish and Chips is one of the most lovely image of this country...in the same picture can be the curry and Brigthon.

And forgive my grammar...I am learning and is a precious road feeling like a young girl in the school again.
