The situation untill that moment just concers the cold breeze, a small white dog running around and your view located in the horizon...
suddendly a good friends make a phone call and the schedulle change and for some reason that I really don't remember, you and your friends finished in a Ginbar with phones (yes, antiques phones) for recieved your order. Incredible no? Well, not than much in my world!
Ok...so we made the phonecall, asked for our drinks and... everyboy looked to the waitress trying to find redemption and saying with a browse: could you notify to next table that maybe they can be less louder?
Sorry, but I like places for talk, perhaps for womans like me "party" is a simple concept.
So,after 30 min, my "chef mind" experimented the same feeling like you will seeing God in the end of the tunel. Complety lost I just got to the bathroom for find some quiet, did you remember our next louder table? well, they need space and my definition of pleasure is near to silence. Unexpected but arrives at time that luminous moment when you and your friends finally discover that definitely your group need to change the restaurant and the louder company just move apart from my panoramical view and sterephonic area. Thank God!
It was a cold nigth, with our frozen bones walking around we understood how precious is enjoy life with people who have it similar feelings about a city, fun, jokes, beer and food... our road went directly to 64 degrees restaurant.

The chef's selection is amazing, I'm still having in my mind the surprise face of Rebeca tasting the chorizo foam and the taco's flavor ... oh sure! also the "bug dessert" (funny name courtesy of my friends) original name Pumpkin pistacho cream cheese.
This restaurant is part of original movements and creative kitchens around the world.
For me the menu was filled with old flavors but sophisticated at the same time thanks to the presentations. My taste made a nice trip into the best emotions of humanity: share, love and enjoy.
We prefer accompained our meal with the local craft beer, was the best idea! So, if you make a reservation, please try the lager option. The combination with the tartare and veal is awesome!
This one was my favourite: Halibut,induja romescus,brassicas...wow!

This dinner was a really good nigth in Brigthon and cold for sure! In heart I will always have the postcards from Brigthon:people, art, the sea, the tour around that pier and dogs running for their balls and sticks.
I keep thinking that England is somewhere over the rainbow.
